Warehousing & Distribution
K-Installations boasts a 45,000 square foot warehouse facility in Harlow, featuring racked storage solutions and convenient access to central London and surrounding areas. This enables us to accommodate both standalone storage agreements and large-scale installation or relocation projects. Our premises are highly secure, equipped with a gated entry, 24/7 CCTV coverage from 11 cameras, and a comprehensive alarm system.
Short/Long Term Storage Solutions
We are committed to providing our customers with a bespoke storage solution. Examples include but are not limited to:

Furniture brought into the UK that needs to be stored while awaiting distribution. Our diverse fleet of vehicles, ranging from small panel vans to HGVs, is available to assist with any related distribution needs.

Items purchased by dealers that are awaiting installation. Our extensive team of experienced fitters is ready to handle the installation project whenever needed.

Through our 'Mock-Up' service, we deliver, assemble, and present furniture, then disassemble it and return it to our secure warehouse for storage until it’s needed again.

During relocation projects, we offer secure storage for all items, including office furniture, filing systems, and IT equipment. This can be on a short-term basis while new offices or buildings are being prepared, or long-term until the items are needed again. Additionally, we manage unwanted items through our Recycling and Reuse service.

We provide standalone warehouses dedicated entirely to individual clients for their ongoing storage needs.
Management
We take pride in our strong management team, experienced administrative support, and skilled warehouse operatives. We are committed to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the logistical process.
To enhance efficiency, we use a web-based system that enables our operations team to manage and document every aspect of a job's life-cycle effectively.
Lifting & Handling
We operate a variety of lifting and handling equipment, including forklift trucks, pallet trucks, trolleys, and stair climbers.
Our equipment is fully maintained and only operated by trained and certified warehouse operatives. Health and safety are of critical importance to us; therefore, all operational personnel are provided with uniforms and protective equipment (PPE) that must be worn at all times.
Distribution
K-Installations operates a diverse fleet of vehicles, including 18-ton and 7.5-ton trucks, 3.5-ton Luton trucks, long-wheelbase Sprinter vans, medium vans, and crew buses. Each vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking, enabling our operations team to monitor their exact location, track their routes, and predict their movements within tacho regulations.
We meticulously manage our operations to minimize vehicle failure, continuously reviewing and maintaining our fleet to the highest standards.
