K-Installations ensures that all our personnel are thoroughly trained to strictly adhere to manufacturer guidelines when installing new furniture or reconfiguring existing systems, ensuring alignment with our clients' evolving requirements.

We possess the capability to undertake projects of any scale, ranging from smaller installations and service tasks to expansive phased projects. With our wealth of knowledge and experience, we adeptly tackle various bespoke installation challenges and product issues.

 

Likewise, our infrastructure enables us to effectively oversee and execute larger projects, whether they unfold over weeks, months, or even years.

Mock Ups

Manufacturers and dealers frequently engage us to install mock up furniture systems as part of our services.

On-Site Mock Ups

Mock-ups can be installed at our clients' premises to provide an accurate representation of the requested furniture system(s) in their intended environment.

Post Mock-Up

After the presentation, the mock-up can be securely transported to our warehouse for storage, with components either disassembled for reuse or recycled based on our client's preferences and needs.

Project Management

Right from the start, a dedicated Project Manager will be appointed, tasked with various responsibilities, including but not limited to: participating in pre-installation meetings and site surveys; providing advisory support to the client throughout the project duration; supervising a team that is fully trained and equipped with personal protective equipment (PPE); establishing a 'help desk' to address any snagging works or queries; and ensuring comprehensive quality control across all aspects of the project.

Strip - Outs

K-Installations offers a thorough logistics service encompassing the systematic removal of existing furniture. Before the strip-out begins, we ensure site protection and provide appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). The items are then cataloged using our online inventory system and transported to our 35,000 square foot warehousing facility via our fleet of vehicles, ranging from small panel vans to 18-tonne HGVs, all monitored by CCTV. Clients can opt for short or long-term storage based on their specific needs.
